Pickled Coriander Seeds. (Gardeners Caviar, with thanks to Tom Mac for this interesting recipe)
Gardeners caviar. Green coriander seeds to be made into a winter pickle for salads, sandos, soups, wraps and whatever food is ready for some crazy good aromatics.
Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup green coriander seeds (the younger the 'poppier' when you bite down on it)
Method:
On the stove, dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar, once dissolved and boiling, pour over the seeds in a jar and screw the lid.
Done!
