Chilli Relish (thank you Jo C)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup apple, raw
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup chillis
Method:
Chop apple, onion and chillis fairly finely, boil with other ingredients until thick. You may need to add a little more vinegar. Spoon into jars and seal.
